Payment Terms: - Clients are required to make a 50% advance payment upon confirmation of the project. - The remaining 50% payment will be charged before delivering the completed work. - Payment methods accepted include bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and other agreed-upon payment gateways. - Invoices will be provided for all transactions, and payments are due within the specified timeframe outlined in the invoice.

2. Project Scope and Changes: - The scope of work will be defined and agreed upon in writing before the start of the project. - Any changes or additions to the scope of work must be mutually agreed upon by both parties in writing and may result in adjustments to project timelines and costs. - Afaq Tech Solutions reserves the right to refuse any requests for changes or additions that are outside the agreed-upon scope of work.

3. Intellectual Property: - Afaq Tech Solutions retains ownership of all intellectual property rights, including but not limited to designs, code, software, and creative assets, developed as part of the project. - Upon full payment of the project fees, clients will be granted a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the deliverables for their intended purpose.

4. Confidentiality: - Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all confidential information shared during the course of the project. - Confidential information includes but is not limited to business strategies, proprietary technology, client data, and project details. - Afaq Tech Solutions will not disclose confidential information to third parties without prior written consent from the client, except as required by law.

5. Warranty and Support: - Afaq Tech Solutions provides a warranty period for its services, during which any defects or issues will be promptly addressed at no additional cost to the client. - After the warranty period, ongoing support and maintenance services can be provided upon request and at an additional fee as per the agreed terms.

6. Termination of Services: - Either party may terminate the services with written notice if the other party breaches the terms of the agreement and fails to remedy the breach within a reasonable timeframe. - In the event of termination, any outstanding fees or costs incurred up to the termination date will be due and payable.

7. Limitation of Liability: - Afaq Tech Solutions will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption. - The total liability of Afaq Tech Solutions, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the services rendered.
